4. Communication devices such as radio, cellular phones, etc. should be turned on silent mode before entering the library.
5. Cleanliness and orderliness should be observed at all times.
6. Library will not allow any form of seat or tables reservations to make use for the other users.
7. Proper care should be given in handling the library materials.
8. All borrowers are instructed to return the materials and facilities to their proper places after use.
9. No library materials are to be taken out unless prior permission coming from the librarians.
10. International mutilation and damaging of any library material and property will be dealt with proper administrative disciplinary measures.
11. Faculty member planning to do tutoring and consultation inside the library should first notify the librarian. The latter will give the GO signal if the tutoring/consultation will not affect the silence and privileges of any user.
12. Only the authorized library personnel have the access to enter the library office and the computer area.
13. SILENCE must be observed inside the library.
14. Violation of the library rules & regulations may lead to corresponding disciplinary measures and sanctions from the Authority.
